Should I put "BSc" after my name on a résumé? Sincerely, Wondering Dear Wondering: If you're applying for a job in which the minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree, no, because every applicant is expected to have the degree, so placing the letters after your name won't make you stand out. However, if an employer's minimum requirement is a diploma or Associate's degree, and you have a Bachelor's degree, then yes, put the letters after your name, because then you will stand out as having more than required.
