Billings Clinic is a leading community organization
and the largest employer in Billings, Montana. At
its core is a multi-specialty group practice of over
200 physicians and non-physician providers. It is
a not-for-profit organization; governed by the community,
with physician leadership at all levels. Its structure
is similar to that of the Mayo Clinic. The Billings
Clinic is a 'community of physicians' working together
in a collegial manner toward our mission of providing
outstanding health care, education and research in
our region and the nation.
The downtown Billings
Clinic campus consists of a 272-bed hospital that
includes our 14-suite Family Birth Center and a 15-bed
Transitional Care Unit as well as the Billings Clinic,
the region's largest multi-specialty group practice.
Off of the main campus are branch clinics which include
Billings Clinic Heights and Billings Clinic West.
In addtion, we have Aspen Meadows Retirement Community.
Primary and specialty-care clinics are located in
Bozeman, Colstrip, Columbus, Forsyth, Miles City
and Red Lodge, Montana as well as Cody, Wyoming.

Kindergarten
through Grade 12
Billings Public
Schools has an enrollment of more than 16,000
students in its 24 elementary schools, four middle
schools, three high schools, one career center
and one adult education center. Students at Billings
Public Schools consistently perform better academically
than the national average in American College
Test (ACT), Test of Academic Proficiency and
Iowa Test of Basic Skills.
Billings Catholic
Schools enrolls students from pre-school through
grade 12. Billings Catholic School's curriculum
meets the standards of accreditation for the
State of Montana. Each year, 85 to 90 percent
of graduates at Central Catholic High School
attend institutions of higher learning.
Colleges
and Universities Montana State University-Billings
offers quality academic programs in nearly 100
fields of study, including the state's only special
education and rehabilitation counseling programs.
Students can pursue certificate programs, two-
or four-year degrees or master's degrees in several
areas.
Rocky Mountain College was the
first institution of higher learning in the state
of Montana. This private, liberal arts colleges
serves approximately 800 students from 49 states
and ten foreign countries. Rocky is affiliated
with the United Methodist Church, the Presbyterian
Church, USA., and the United Church of Christ.
