A robust physician network is essential to meet our mission to help build a healthy community in which to live, work and raise our families. The Crozer-Keystone Health Network (CKHN) is the largest primary care and specialty physician network in Delaware County. With 270 physicians who practice in locations throughout the county, CKHN offers an array of specialty and subspecialty services, including family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology, sports medicine and multiple surgical subspecialties. The Crozer Keystone Health Network is a vital part of the Crozer Keystone Health System. Crozer-Keystone Health System is committed to the improved health status of those we serve. Through a seamless, user-friendly continuum of quality health services including primary and health promotion, acute and long-term care, through rehabilitation and restorative care, Crozer-Keystone will deploy its resources in a cost-effective and community-responsive manner. Working in partnership with our physicians and other health professionals, we will seek to forge new alliances with other community health and social service organizations. Working with our community, our goal is to build a healthy place to live and work, and a sound environment in which to build and maintain our families. Crozer-Keystone Vision of Health Care • A community-focused
health-care system accountable for the provision
of patient-centered, quality care delivered in
an efficient, cost-effective and caring manner
directed at meeting demonstrated community health
needs;
• A system that commits
to its academic mission to educate both current
and future clinicians and caregivers;
• A system willing to
explore and implement new technologies for delivering
care and willing to embrace legitimate complementary
forms of care in response to changing consumer
demand;
• A system whose leadership
takes up the challenges of advocacy and innovation
on the local and national levels;
• A system that constantly
strives to build partnerships within our community
to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs
of those we serve;
• A system that creates
an environment where each employee, physician,
volunteer and board member uses their skills, creativity
and learning to promote the health and well-being
of our patients, their families and communities
and each other;
• And finally, a community
health system that accepts responsibility for being
the steward of community health resources and one
that conducts its affairs in a manner that preserves
and enhances the availability of appropriate services
for future generations. |
