Bridgewell is a private, non-profit organization providing services to individuals with disabilities and mental illness throughout Northeastern Massachusetts. Our mission is to help individuals achieve greater independence and be valued and respected by members of their communities. We provide education, rehabilitative, treatment and innovative support activities to achieve this mission. For almost fifty years, we have been providing quality services to more than 2,900 individuals each day in 18 communities north of Boston under the name Greater Lynn Mental Health and Retardation Association. However, in 2005 we changed our name. Bridgewell offers rewarding careers as well as a full range of comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and a generous time off plan for employees working 24 or more hours per week. |
