John C. Lincoln Health Network is a locally owned and managed not-for-profit health care network serving the North Phoenix Valley since 1927. Our Network includes two excellent hospitals, physician practices and a wide range of community service programs. We are the only Arizona organization ever to be honored with the Foster G. McGaw prize, a national recognition of innovative excellence in service to the community. John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital is known for its long history of innovative service to North Phoenix. The first hospital in the Valley to achieve Magnet nursing status, it also was a pioneer in trauma care and is one of only six Level I Trauma Centers in the state. Experts have consistently put us in a league with the nation’s best. Our 266-bed, not-for-profit hospital initiated a $100 million expansion in 2006 – reflecting our strong commitment to bringing the most advanced medicine possible to the local community we serve. Conveniently located at the junction of two major freeways, John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital serves the vibrant, growing North Phoenix Valley. We’re home to Mendy’s Place Children’s Emergency Center and other innovative pediatric programs, as well as advanced cardiology, orthopedics and adult emergency services. We’ve also recently been named a winner of the Showcase in Excellence Award by the Arizona Quality Alliance. John C. Lincoln Deer Valley is a 174 bed, not-for-profit hospital with all private rooms, even in Emergency. Our hospitals rate in the top 3% in the nation for employee satisfaction according to Morehead Associates, employee opinion researchers. The honor and privilege of serving the people of North Phoenix has been a mission that’s driven our efforts for more than 75 years.
