Immunization Champion Awards

Nominate a colleague who has made extraordinary contributions toward improved vaccination rates within his or her community. There are five (5) categories of recognition including: individual practitioners, corporations/institutions, partnerships with other health care providers and public health, community outreach, and a special friend of pharmacy's immunization efforts. This awards program is supported by Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. The awards will be presented at the APhA Annual Meeting in San Antonio. Nomination deadline is January 16, 2009. Submit your nomination today.
