Description:
The Administrative Director of Surgical
Services directs all aspects of inpatient and outpatient
surgery, coordinating the administration and managerial
functions of the department
The Position Responsible for 171 FTES and 6 direct reports in the main OR, PACU, Same Day, Endoscopy, and CPD. A strong leader that is team-oriented, motivational, driven, and highly credible is desired. Qualified candidates will be Master's prepared with at least five years of progressive surgical services experience. The Hospital This 213-bed, Joint Commission accredited, not-for-profit, acute-care community hospital is the primary source of health services for nearly a quarter-million people. The facility is the only trauma center east of the Connecticut River and the only regional facility that has a hangar for LIFE STAR, Hartford Hospital¡¦s air medical transport helicopter.
