Exciting opportunity with a physician-owned
multi-specialty clinic that is the dominant market
share leader in the region
The Position • The Chief Executive
Officer will provide overall administrative leadership
for a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic
with over $200 million in gross billings and
more than 600 employees
• Responsible for operations,
finance, physician recruitment, marketing, long-range
planning, construction projects, budgeting and
property management, with the assistance of a
CFO, COO, CNO and CIO
• Reports to the physician
board of directors
• Qualified candidates
will have a master's degree preferred with a
minimum of ten years of leadership experience
in a large multi-specialty physician-owned clinic
• Experience working
in a for-profit group practice environment and
reporting to a physician board of directors is
preferred, as well as previous successful implementation
of an EMR system
• Seeking a strong,
participative leader with a proven track record
for successfully managing a large group practice

The Organization • This physician-owned
clinic has been serving central Kansas since
1959 and is the dominant market share leader
in the region
• Specialties represented
are internal medicine, allergy/immunology, cardiology,
family practice, general surgery, nephrology,
neurology, obstetrics, oncology, plastic surgery
and many more
• No managed care
• The clinic has the
largest state licensed Medicare service laboratory
in the county that performs over 1.3 million
tests per year in the highly complex laboratory
• The clinic operates
an ambulatory surgery center, a facility that
houses orthopaedics and spine, sports medicine,
physical therapy, dermatology, urology, endoscopy
and a medical fitness center, a dialysis center
and nine outreach clinics
• Ancillary services
offered include audiology, cardiopulmonary, pharmacy,
physical therapy, optical, laboratory and radiology
with three CT scanners including a PET CT, MRI
and nuclear medicine
