Description: The Churchill Regional Health Authority is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Clinical Services.
As part of the Senior Executive Team, the Director of Clinical Services is responsible the development and implementation of primary health programs and a broad range of multidisciplinary services. This position will facilitate a number of committees and will require some travel.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in a health care discipline or associated humanitarian field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a management position.
• Experience working with acute care, long term, primary care, health information systems, pharmacy, public health, home care and emergency medical services.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Proven leadership ability and outstanding communication skills required.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to manage effectively in a unionized environment a definite asset.
• An appreciation of Aboriginal and Inuit cultures

This position will be subject to a Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Records check
