Become a Clinical Admissions Nurse (CAPP Nurse) at Swedish today! In Care Coordination, the patient is at the center of everything we do. Our goal is to give the right care at the right time to every patient we serve. In this important role, you will be responsible for triaging referred patients prior to and during the admitting process, by working closely with referring physicians and physician's offices. The Clinical Admission & Patient Placement (CAPP) Process, led by CAPP Nurses, will enable referring facilities, physicians, patients and families to have a smooth transfer process into the Swedish system. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, five years of acute care experience, and a current Washington State RN license. Recent experience as a Charge Nurse or Administrative Supervisor in an acute care setting is preferred.
