Swedish Home Care Services in Seattle, Washington, provides exceptional hospice care and assistance in the home for patients coping with an illness, recovering from a surgery, or simply trying to manage the aging process. Our program is staffed by an experienced team of nurses and health-care professionals and is backed by Swedish's full range of medical services.

Join our Home Care Team as a Staff RN -Case Manager in support of our New Orthopedic Institute!

The Registered Nurse evaluates the changing health and service needs of the patient. This includes providing optimum individual care for the patient/family unit, using the nursing process, and interdisciplinary team members.

To qualify you must be a graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program, with a current Washington State RN license and valid driver's license. Experience from an Accredited Registered School of Nursing is required.
Also important, one to two years of current experience in an acute care facility; Home Health experience preferred. Must have basic knowledge of home care practices, hospice care, and home infusion. Ability and willingness to work with the terminally ill is paramount to your success.
