Description:
The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, responsible
for the provision of cancer services within the province
of Saskatchewan, is recruiting for a Dietician within
the Supportive Care Departments at the Allan Blair
Cancer Centre and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre.
Reporting
to the Provincial Leader or Regional Manager, Supportive
Care, the successful candidates will be responsible
for using in-depth scientific knowledge to provide
high quality nutritional and hydrational education
and instruction to oncology patients during their entire
cancer care experience.
Minimum requirements
include a Baccalaureate Degree in Nutrition or equivalent,
a Dietetic Internship from an accredited Dietitians
of Canada Program; five years experience in clinical
nutrition of which two years are in oncology; current
membership with the Saskatchewan Association of Registered
Dietitians and membership in Dietitians of Canada.
