Contribute to the success of Avon! We are looking for an adaptable, self-motivated, passionate, creative team player to join our Distribution Facility in Suwanee, GA as Occupational Health Nurse. Our Occupational Nurse is the primary contact for on-site treatment of injuries. Performs a variety of roles related to the administration of health and welfare programs for Avon associates located in both office and light industrial environments. Responsibilities
•Responsible for coordination of all industrial hygiene testing within the facilities.
•Provides medical support services for associates in light industrial facilities for 3 shifts. •Responsible for oversight of OSHA programs and administration of documented safety programs.
•Coordinate medical budget and payment of medical bills associated with use of local medical providers.
•Coordinate Avon's wellness programs, flu shoots, blood drives and health fairs.
•Provides medical support services for field associates and participates on national level activities.

Requirements:
• Licensed Register Nurse Georgia
• 3-5 Years experience working in an occupational health environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certification as an RN or EMT paramedic preferred.
• Previous experience and certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.
In addition to the above technical competencies, ideal candidates will have a commitment to quality service excellence along with outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
