Tenure-track position in a vibrant and growing undergraduate and graduate program in Nutrition and Food Science. Appointment includes research, curriculum development, and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental nutrition and/or nutrition and older adults. Faculty members are expected to be active scholars, to advise students, and to participate in department, college and university committees and activities.
Qualifications:Earned doctorate in nutrition, food science, or related field, with expertise in environmental nutrition or nutrition and older adults. A Registered Dietitian highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a well-defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly activities.
