Job Details: Center Outcomes Coordinator

Description: Health Outcomes Specialist with RN/MPH experience
Develop a programmatic approach to measure and maximize outcomes for specific population of patients within the Center for Heart, Lung and Kidney. Coordinate data collection, analysis, and dissemination for the improvement of system and clinical outcomes at the division and department level. Work in collaboration with other data management personnel and Performance Improvement staff, as directed. Educate physicians and staff regarding quality initiatives and data trends, and actively participate in performance improvement initiatives. Bachelor's in Nursing or health related field required; Master's in Public Health preferred. Two years quality improvement experience in a hospital setting and three years clinical experience preferred.
