Description:
Mid-level professional with Master's in Epidemiology
and/or Statistics
Responsible for planning, execution
and oversight of all data activities from protocol
development through the generation of final data sets.
This includes leading and/or managing the following
activities: developing and ensuring compliance with
standard operating procedures, database design, data
management plans, data validation procedures, QC plans,
listing review and query management, vendor management,
data transfer, data management metrics and associated
reports.
Must have Master's in epidemiology
and/or statistics; 3-5 years in a clinical data management
department. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge
of experimental design, multivariate analysis, regression
analysis, and sampling techniques. Experience with
CDM activities during study start up, maintenance and
closeout. Programming experience using various software.
Working knowledge of at least one industry-relevant
relational database application. Familiarity with the
drug development processes and phases of clinical trials.
Well organized and attention to detail. Microsoft Office
skills. Experience with relational databases. Excellent
interpersonal relationship skills; excellent oral and
written communication skills.
