search for an Emergency Room Director at one of our
best clients in Michigan. Our client hospital is a
very fast-paced Level II Trauma Center, a teaching
facility, and is one of the nation's leading (not-for-profit)
healthcare facilities. This wonderful health system
has won numerous awards including Top 100 from Verispan,
Top 100 Heart Hospital from Thompson, US News America's
Best Hospitals, AARP's Best Employers, Metro Detroit's
'101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For' and
many others. It has also been recognized as a '100
Top' cardiology hospital for the seventh time in eight
years.
As the Nursing Director of Emergency
Services, you will be a part of an award-winning leadership
team and responsible for directing the activities of
a very busy Emergency Department seeing over 70,000
patients per year. The ED has 62 bays and sees a variety
of patients up to Level II Trauma. Patient service
and satisfaction are key drivers and this facility
has re engineered patient flow through the ED to implement
a new Zero Wait program.
We are looking for
a manager or director-level candidate with a minimum
5 years of Emergency Room management experience in
a medium or large-sized ER, preferably 25+ beds or
larger. Leaders who possess an engaged, mentoring and
visible style of leadership will enjoy this management
opportunity and will thrive! Qualified candidates must
have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Compensation,
benefits and location are excellent with an above market
