Description:
The Licensed Practice Nurse sahll be responsible
for planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing
care to Home Health Care and Home Health Hospice Care
Clients.
The LPN will also be responsible for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies. The LPN cares for clients of all population specific. the LPN reports directly to the Nursing Supervisor or Staff RN. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Certifications / Licenses: -Current state Nurse license -Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification. Experience: Six months of Medical Surgical Nursing, IV Therapy certification preferred Posting
