Full Time M-F 40 hrs/wk

Responsibilities:
~Develop and test innovative approaches to health care delivery.
~Conception, development and implementation of studies in collaboration with other members of the Research Department and Fallon Clinic physicians and staff.
~Responsible for writing grants and obtaining outside funding in collaboration with the Research Director.
~Develop health services research proposals. This includes networking to identify available funding and grant writing (literature reviews, study designs and analysis plans).
~Responsible for communication with all involved project staff regarding project status, creating and implementing appropriate project designs and work plans; convenes project team meetings as needed to maintain integrity of the research projects and monitors projects in accordance with work plans and time lines.

Qualifications:

PhD or ScD

Experience and Technical Skills Required:
Health services research and grant writing experience. Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics, medical research, and biostatistics. Experience working with managed care organizations preferred. Some basic knowledge of programming languages: SAS or STATA and Access - S+.
