many skills
In skilled nursing, you have developed
wide-ranging expertise with rehab,
geriatric, long-term care, and, often,
very acute medical/surgical cases who
(often for pressing financial reasons)
were discharged from hospital. Since
you are often the only RN on staff,
you also have strong supervisory and
delegating skills.
